NOTE: THE WAITING LISTS WILL CLOSE WHEN WE HAVE THE MAXIMUM APPROVED WAITING LIST APPLICANTS. WHEN THE WAITING LIST CLOSES, ALL INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL BE CANCELED. AN APPLICANT IS NOT PLACED ON THE WAITING LIST UNTIL SCREENING HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND A HOLDING DEPOSIT HAS BEEN PAID.
